When buying a property through JMG Property Services  you can expect:

Regular Property Updates – Our sales team will be in regular contact to let you know about new properties that become available.  We record your criteria in detail when you register with us so that we can ensure that we only contact you when a suitable property comes up.  We don’t sent bulk emails out with our entire property list, but we will make sure that you get full information of anything that we feel may be of interest.

No ‘Hard-Sell’! – We know what an important decision choosing your new home can be.  We will not make the process any harder by trying to pressure you into making an offer on a property that is not 100% right for you.

We Don’t Push ‘Our’ Solicitors or Mortgage Brokers On You – We are more than happy to recommend professionals that we know provide a thorough and ‘value-for-money’ service, but we do not accept referral commission and as a result we only make recommendations based on your best interests.

An Honest Approach to Sales – We will speak frankly and honestly with you at all time. We are 100% committed to resolving any problems or issues that may arise throughout the process and a fair an honest manner.
